Welcome to the Off-Road Riders Home Page.

The Off-Road Riders Association (ORA) is a grassroots, not-for-profit organization formed to create a positive, long-term future for the Black Hills Off-Road Community. We encourage safe, environmentally sustainable riding practices and cooperation with other motorized and non-motorized users of the forest.

While the majority of ORA members ride ATVs, Dirt Bikes and UTVs, our organization supports the entire off-road motorized community.

On this site, you'll find information about the Off-Road Riders Association, about riding opportunities in the Black Hills and Grasslands of South Dakota and about how YOU can help to insure the future of motorized recreation in western South Dakota.
