Off-Road Riders Association
The Off-Road Riders Association (ORA) is a grassroots, not-for-profit organization formed to create a positive, long-term future for the Black Hills Off-Road Community.
We encourage safe, environmentally sustainable riding practices and cooperation with other motorized and non-motorized users of the forest.
While the majority of ORA members ride ATVs, Dirt Bikes and UTVs, our organization supports the entire off-road motorized community.
You'll find information about the Off-Road Riders Association, about riding opportunities in the Black Hills and Grasslands of South Dakota and about how YOU can help to promote a positive future of motorized recreation in western South Dakota.
Please join the Off-Road Riders. With your support we can continue to improve riding opportunities in our region for generations to come.
If you are a new resident, planning to visit the Black Hills, new to off-roading, or just looking for a way to help, you found the right place. You will find useful information, have fun, and meet a few new friends along the way!
